About Us
Ukrainian Travel Information System ("UTIS") Limited company - is one of perspectively developing agencies specializing on service of individual and corporate clients in the sphere of providing services on air transportation, as well as in the field of tourist activity.
"UTIS" Limited company has been established in 1999 and actively started the activity in the sphere of tourism and sale of air transportation and services. In February, 2001 the agency has passed certification at international organization IATA (International Air Transport Association) which unites about 280 airlines, 82000 travel agencies worldwide.
In January, 2003 "UTIS" has entered in "European Business Association", based in 1999 as a forum for discussion and making the decision of the current problems of the companies, exchange of experience.
Membership in this Association (includes more than 240 European companies) gives an opportunity to protect interests of the company, to get regular support in introduction of business in Ukraine, to form and strengthen communications between the organizations.
The agency has direct contracts with leading Ukrainian and foreign airlines, therefore there is an opportunity to deliver the passengers to any worldwide destinations having used their regular flights as well as regular services of contracted interline-partners (more than 500 airlines).
For 4 years of the existence the "UTIS" Limited company has created a significant base of clients among which dominate representatives of business structures, foreign representations, commercial banks.
With the purpose of the maximal satisfaction the needs of potential clientele in air transportation, the "UTIS" Travel Agency gives the following services:

- Free-of-charge booking and consultations about rules of sale and conditions of transportation;

In case of signing the Contract on corporate services " UTIS " Limited company will give additional services which are as follows:
- To grant the corporate discount for services on sale of air transportations and tourist services.
- To defer in payments for given services upon the request of the client.
- To arrange free-of-charge delivery of air tickets, insurance certificates, tourist vouchers and other documents directly to the office of the Client.
- To carry out a periodic dispatch of special proposals and offers on given services.
