Upon signing of direct corporate contract "UTIS" Limited company takes the obligations on provision the following types of services:
- search the optimum route of direct and connecting flights;
- selection of the most economic tariff on various classes of service;
- free-of-charge booking and consultations about sales rules and conditions of transportation;
- issuence of individual and group tickets for all worldwide destinations;
- granting of preferential seasonal tariffs;
- VIP services order at the airports of Kiev and on route destinations (if possible);
- hotel accommodation reservation of any category worldwide with immediate confirmation;
- reservation and issuance of railway tickets upon client inquiry;
- free-of-charge delivery of air tickets, insurance certificates, tourist vouchers and other documents directly to the office of the corporate client;
- granting of corporate discount for all types of services;
- opportunity to delay in payment for given services upon request of the client;
- ability to provide the performance of all orders by phone, by fax or electronic mail;
- periodic dispatch of special proposals and offers on given services.

"UTIS" Ltd Travel Agency has an opportunity to offer the clients VIP services at Kiev "Boryspil" International Airport.
At your disposal there are cozy lounges, telecommunication facilities, conference and banquet rooms, transport services, convenient way of payment. High performance level, kindness to client's wishes and benevolence are guaranteed.
Deadlines for applications:
- 24 hours prior to arrival/departure for delegations, application should be in written form.
We do not guarantee servicing for departure passengers who arrives later than 1 hour and 20 min prior to departure time. 50% of servicing cost will be compensated to passenger in case of
- break in servicing caused by external reasons
- incorrect cancellation the order by customer (cancel at least 1 hour prior to arrival)
Set of VIP-services includes:
Meeting and accommodation
- · Individual meeting of passenger (group of passengers) or boarding accompanied by highly qualified specialists;
- · transportation of passengers on special transport to/from airplane;
- · carrying, loading and unloading of baggage and hand luggage to/from passenger's transport;
- · quick passport and customs control via specially equipped points on terminal C;
- · parking of client's motor transport on airport land side close to terminal "C";
- · comfortable lounges for pastime before departure;
Services in terminal
- local telephone communication (within Kiev), fax and copying equipment;
- free servicing of children under 12 who follows their parents (except for bar services);
- cost of bar services in terminal "C" is 66,67 hrn., not including VAT 20% - 13,33 hrn., total sum - 80 hrn.
- cost of children servicing who departs/arrives without adult's escort: 350 hrn., not including VAT 20% - 70 hrn., total sum - 420.00 hrn.
Cost of "Complex service" for à passenger: 350.00 hrn., not including VAT 20% - 70.00 hrn., total sum - 420.00 hrn.

Discounts
- 10% of cost is discounted for group of adult passengers numbered from 10 to 20 persons inclusive, for group over 20 persons - 20% and over 40 persons - 30 %;
- 15% of cost is discounted for group of children (escorted by adult) numbered up to 20 persons inclusive, for group over 20 persons - 25%;
- transit passengers who changes flights in the terminal of Borispol airport are discounted 50% for second servicing.

Additional services Well-equipped rooms for conferences, meetings, negotiations, etc. Rent for lease of small hall (10 sitting places) - 350.00 hrn. per hour, not including VAT 20% - 70.00 hrn., total sum 420.00 hrn. Rent for lease of large hall (22 sitting places) - 512.00 hrn. per hour, not including VAT 20% - 102.50 hrn., total sum 615.00 hrn.
